Tax status
Pena Digital Foundation holds an Employer Identification Number issued by the Internal Revenue Service. Having an EIN is not the same as being recognized as tax-exempt. The Foundation's application for federal tax-exempt recognition is pending. Purchases made on this site are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. They are payments for a digital product. If the Foundation's status changes, this page is updated.
Where the money goes
Every plan is a payment for access to Pena Study Daily. What remains after the direct costs of running the product — hosting, payment processing, AI usage, email delivery, content production and support — funds the Foundation's community programs in access to education, digital literacy and study support. We publish a summary of income and use of funds once a year on this page.
What we promise, plainly
- We describe the product as it is. Every feature listed on the home page exists in the plan it is listed under.
- We show no advertising, sell no data and run no third-party tracking.
- We do not claim accreditation. Pena Study Daily is not a school and awards no academic credit, degree or certificate.
- We state clearly that the Study Guide is an AI companion whose replies can be wrong.
- We hold no affiliation with, and claim no endorsement from, Meta, Google, Apple, Microsoft, Stripe or any school, university or examination board.
Intellectual property
The name Pena Study Daily, the Pena Digital Foundation mark, the interface, the library and the workbooks are the property of Pena Digital Foundation. Third-party material used in the library is either in the public domain or licensed for this use, and is credited inside the app.
Reporting a problem
If anything on this site is inaccurate, out of date or misleading, write to support@penasfoundation.site with the page and the sentence. We correct errors quickly and we say what changed.
